I think the Commons policy is that because it was published, in law, simultaneously in US and UK, in US copyright law applies and copyright has expired. However, it may (or may not) be that in the UK, where it really was first published, copyright has not expired (possible creator died in 1989). One view is that Berne says first copyright to expire makes all copyrights expire. Hence I think it best to keep the file here in case this is wrong. Thincat (talk) 11:25, 27 December 2024 (UTC)
