The result was to delete the image.
Fair use rationale is, as already specified on the image page itself, to better illustrate article Brenda Song. Also, fair use criteria for a person's image does not necessitate that a person is dead or "hiding". However, I don't believe a free image of this person is available anywhere for use on WP.
