The result was to delete the image.

this is Centricity Music's press page. It allows free use of the pictures. I got a notice from them giving me rights with a password to their press page to use any of their artists press pictures for wikipedia. Jake.Vonn (talk) 20:57, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

"Free use for Wikipedia" is not enough, I'm afraid. Instead, the images must be released under a free license (or into the public domain)- for instance, Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0. If permission for a free release is obtained, then said permission will need to be sent to an OTRS address, so that evidence of the permission can be accessible by others.
