The result was to delete the image.

Fair use rationale:

• The image is a publicity photo intended by the copyright holder to be used to illustrate the subject in the media.
• The image has been published, under the same criteria, outside the Wikipedia.
• No free-license alternatives are available.
• The image is low resolution.
• Use of the image in the Wikipedia is solely for educational purposes, and enhances the reader's understanding of the subject/topic.
